What to expect in your first session
We understand that starting any new treatment can cause some anxiety so here is what to expect the first time you come:
The first session is very much about information gathering. Together we will fill in a questionnaire which will help us get to know you.
You will also gain a more in depth understanding of what counselling is and the confidentiality that you can expect.
If you have any questions, this will be the time to ask them. Don’t hesitate!
We charge £45 for a 60 minute session. However, we have some spaces available at a reduced rate for students or those facing financial hardship.
We accept payment by cash or cheque at the end of each session.
